My Story
InfoTech Innovators was founded by Al Rozell in 2013. Mr. Rozell is a highly experienced IT professional with over 40 years of expertise in the information technology sector. Throughout his career, he has held diverse roles across both private and public sectors, providing invaluable technical leadership for a wide array of industries, including healthcare, telecommunications, manufacturing, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and technology.
Mr. Rozell’s distinguished career includes more than 16 years at IBM, where he served as a Senior Certified Executive IT Specialist. In this role, he provided executive-level consulting services to some of IBM’s most prominent clients. He was instrumental in the development of innovative assessment methodologies and frameworks, specializing in areas such as IT infrastructure optimization, IT security, HIPAA and PCI-DSS compliance, enterprise architecture, virtualization, cloud computing, high availability infrastructure, business intelligence (BI), big data, IT business process improvement, and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis across multi-platform environments.
As a seasoned expert, Mr. Rozell has led numerous cybersecurity compliance and risk assessments based on industry standards such as ISO, NIST, PCI-DSS, and HIPAA, assisting clients in enhancing their cybersecurity posture and ensuring audit readiness. His extensive technical expertise spans multiple platforms, including Unix, Linux, Windows, and Mainframe, and he is adept in application development across these environments.
In addition to his technical skills, Mr. Rozell brings a strong business acumen, enabling him to deliver impactful solutions that align with organizational goals. He has authored and contributed to several influential papers on topics such as Linux, Free & Open Source Software, virtualization, and workload optimization. He is also a frequent speaker at technical conferences and executive briefings, sharing his knowledge and insights with industry leaders.
